Tenant Rep Veteran Greg Schementi to Join Cresa as President in 2022

Veteran tenant representation leader Greg Schementi will join Cresa in July 2022 as president, following the expiration of certain employment restrictions. Based in Chicago. Schementi has framed end-to-end real estate solutions for corporations and government entities including portfolio strategy, transaction management, project management, data administration and facility management services.

“Greg is a transformational leader and one of the top professionals in the tenant representation space,” said Tod Lickerman, Cresa CEO. “The real estate business is changing and Greg will build on our existing momentum to move us into our next phase as a company.” 

As president, Americas tenant representation at Cushman & Wakefield, Schementi led the tenant representation service line. He also oversaw the company’s strategic consulting practice, business incentives function and international service desk. 

Previously, Schementi managed the portfolio solutions practice for Cushman & Wakefield in the Americas, focusing on solution development and client care initiatives.
