SL Green Realty Corp. said Monday it had signed a new 10-year lease covering 39,565 square feet with Tempus AI, Inc. on a portion of the 17th floor of 11 Madison Ave. Tempus AI joins a tenant roster that includes the North American headquarters of UBS, the U.S. headquarters of SONY Music, WME IMG, Pinterest and Suntory. 11 Madison Ave. is also home to the 3-Michelin-Star restaurant Eleven Madison Park.

“We’re excited to welcome Tempus AI to 11 Madison Ave.” said Steven Durels, EVP, director of leasing and real property at SL Green. “This lease underscores the increased leasing velocity within the Midtown South submarket.”

The tenant was represented by Peter Michailidis of JLL. The landlord was represented by Brian Waterman, Scott Klau, Eric Harris, and Brent Ozarowski of Newmark. 11 Madison Ave. is a 30-story office tower located next to Madison Square and in proximity to the surrounding neighborhood’s many restaurants and upscale shopping.
