Tech Firm Relocates to NoMad from Empire State Building

Williams Equities arranged an 18,364-square-foot office lease at 136 Madison Avenue, with leading partnership management technology company impact.com, which is relocating from the Empire State Building. Moving into its new space by the end of 2022, impact.com signed for the entire 10th floor at the ownership group’s boutique property in the NoMad neighborhood of Midtown South.

“Impact.com is a growing technology company helping businesses of all sizes manage partnerships and were looking for full-floor space while remaining in the heart of Midtown South,” said Colliers’ Mac Roos, who represented ownership in the new transaction. “Creative firms leading the way in their industries appreciate the amenities 136 Madison has to offer.”

Roos cited the newly completed 5,000-square-foot roof deck with private elevator and views of the Empire State Building and the Chrysler Building, a building-wide amenity.

Newmark’s Eric Cagner and CBRE’s Alex Leopold represented impact.com in the relocation.
