In a positive, double-action market move, Viavi Software and Chandler, Ariz., are seeing a need for more space.

Having recently relocated its main office from California to Arizona, Viavi now sees more square footage is necessary for its expanding footprint – both for personnel and to accommodate its production facility. Chandler, in parallel, is seeing an uptick in CRE activity.

Recently signing a new lease for 15,000-square-feet of office space, Viavi’s executive and support staff will work at Allred Park Place (1445 S. Spectrum Blvd.), just a few miles away from the company’s manufacturing site.

Viavi currently has 12 employment openings, per its website, but is anticipated to generate more than 200 new jobs for the Chandler region.

Practically defining “high tech” firms, Viavi specializes in 5G, fiber optic and 3D sensing technologies, along with several other areas of advanced-technology expertise.
