Teapulse Signs Plaza District Lease for Eighth Location

Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. secured a new long-term retail lease with tea and pastry shop Teapulse at 1375B Sixth Ave. in Midtown Manhattan’s Plaza District. It represents Teapulse’s eighth location across Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens.

Set to open next month, Teapulse’s new location will operate out of an 840-square-foot street-level storefront at the base of Claridge’s, Manhattan Skyline’s pre-war luxury rental apartment building. The shop will feature 12 feet of frontage on Sixth Avenue between West 55th and West 56th streets.

“Teapulse adds a delightful new option for Manhattan Skyline’s residents at Claridge’s as well as nearby workers and visitors seeking refreshment,” said Joshua Roth, SVP of retail at Manhattan Skyline. “Whether taking a quick break during the workday or on your way for a stroll in Central Park, Teapulse’s prime Sixth Avenue location makes it a perfect spot for a fun beverage or snack.”

Roth represented Manhattan Skyline in the lease. Teapulse was represented by Allen Wang of Foundation CRE, formerly with Project Queens at the time of lease signing.
