TD Bank Expansion Brings SL Green’s 125 Park to 100% Leased

SL Green Realty Corp. said Monday it had signed a new 26,255-square-foot, 10-year lease with TD Bank at 125 Park Ave. in Midtown Manhattan. The expansion increases TD Bank’s total office occupancy at the Beaux Arts landmark to 130,057 square feet, bringing the office tower to 100% leased.

“As one of the fastest growing tenants within the SL Green portfolio, we are delighted to facilitate TD Bank’s ongoing expansion at 125 Park Avenue,” said Steven Durels, EVP and director of leasing and real property at SL Green. “Achieving full building occupancy is further confirmation of the strength of the Park Avenue corridor and increasing tenant desires to be located near Grand Central Terminal.”

TD Bank was represented by a CBRE team of Robert Alexander, Ryan Alexander, Matthew Saker and Nicole Marshall. The landlord was represented by Brian Waterman, David Falk, Pete Shimkin and Daniel Levine of Newmark.
