TCC Taps Jessica Fraser from Prologis as SVP 

Trammell Crow Company (TCC) has appointed Jessica Fraser as senior vice president, focusing on industrial development in the NYC metro region.  

Jessica joined TCC from Prologis, where she was vice president of Investment Officer. There, she oversaw capital deployment in New Jersey and closed nearly $215M in acquisitions. Prior to Prologis, she managed Macy’s real estate portfolio development and monetization. Prior to Prologis, Jessica was the Director of Development for Macy’s, which at the time, included 650 locations, 130 million square feet, and 6,000 acres nationwide. She has also held positions at Simon Property Group and Triage Consulting Group. 

“Jessica is a uniquely talented developer with a wide range of valuable experience and a proven track record of successful development.
