TCC, MetLife Complete Logistics Facility Near the Port of Seattle

Trammell Crow Company (TCC) and JV partner MetLife Investment Management completed construction on its Seattle Metro Logistics facility, located at Terminal 106 near the Port of Seattle.

The two-story building includes 702,429 square feet of Class A industrial space and is the largest logistics facility within 15 miles of downtown Seattle. Andrew Stark and Andrew Hitchcock with CBRE are handling the marketing and leasing for Seattle Metro Logistics. Other project partners included Nelson Worldwide as the architect of record and Lease Crutcher Lewis as the general contractor. Bank OZK is the construction lender.

The facility, which features a solar-ready roof, was designed to suit a broad range of industrial uses, from last-mile and regional distribution to storage, maritime, and manufacturing. Located at 44 S Nevada Street, the property is centrally located within the Seattle Metropolitan Area and is within one to three miles of the Port of Seattle’s container terminals, as well as three miles from downtown Seattle.
