TCC Hires Jim Davis as Preconstruction Director

Canton, MASS.-based construction management firm Timberline Construction Corp. (TCC) has hired Jim Davis as Director of Preconstruction Services.

In his new role, Jim will focus on providing service for clients early in their process of evaluating options, budget and the constructability of their upcoming projects. Davis joins TCC from Cushman & Wakefield where he was Vice President/Project Management Director in Boston.

“Through conversations with the Timberline team, it was clear to me that the company was at a point of growth where my background in both construction and the owner’s side would complement their strong momentum in the market,” said Davis. “We have shared values of exceptional work and client satisfaction, so I was excited by the opportunity to help grow their preconstruction, planning and project management services.”
