TCC Completes Riverside Warehouse, Signs 374K-SF Lease
Trammell Crow Company (TCC) and Washington Capital Management have completed construction on Phase II of Columbia Business Park in Riverside, CA. In addition, TCC announced Logistics Plus Warehousing & Fulfillment, Inc., a third party logistics company, has signed a five-year full-building lease at the new 374,000-square-foot facility on Palmyrita Avenue.
“As with Phase I, we started the second phase of Columbia Business Park on a speculative basis and secured a high-quality tenant,” said TCC Managing Director Tom Bak. “This successful leasing activity is testament to our reputation of developing the kind of logistics product top tenants are looking for today.”
Columbia II features 36’ clear heights, ESFR sprinklers, 54 dock-high doors, two ground-level doors, 5,600 square feet of office space and a 185’ truck court. Constructed to LEED standards, the building also features 2.5% Skylights and LED lighting.
Colliers’ Kevin McKenna and CBRE’s David Consani represented the landlord in the lease transaction. Foremost’s Jeremy Trotter represented the tenant.
