TCC, Clarion Wrap First Phase of Solano County Industrial

Trammell Crow Company (TCC) and its joint-venture Partner Clarion Partners have completed construction on the first phase of development at the Fairfield Industrial Center in Northern California. Located at 2725 Low Ct. in Fairfield, the first phase includes the delivery of a single Class A 205,223-square-foot industrial facility, available for lease by a single user or multiple smaller tenants.

“This project has received strong support from the town of Fairfield and is viewed as a positive addition to the industrial fabric of this city and to Solano County, one of the most active submarkets in the region,” said TCC principal Will Parker. “We are eager to secure a tenant and begin plans to start construction on phase 2.”

TCC and Clarion have previously secured approval for the second phase, to be located at 300 Chadbourne Rd. and will include two Class A industrial buildings totaling 328,553 square feet. Construction is expected to begin next year.

CBRE’s Kevin Hatcher and Cushman & Wakefield’s Brooks Pedder and Tony Binswanger are handling leasing.
