TCC, Clarion Secure Approvals for Fairfield Industrial’s Second Phase

Trammell Crow Company (TCC) and JV partner Clarion Partners have received the required discretionary approvals for the second phase of development at the Fairfield Industrial Center in Fairfield, CA. The approvals include development review approval, general plan amendment and a rezoning of the property. Construction is scheduled to begin by fall 2023.

Located at 300 Chadbourne Rd., the project will include two Class-A industrial buildings totaling 328,553 square feet. Move-in ready tenant improvements will be delivered with shell completion, allowing for immediate occupancy suitable for a single user or multiple tenants.

“We believe that the Fairfield Industrial Center is complementary not only to the industrial fabric of the city, but to the first phase of the project currently underway across the street,” said Will Parker, principal with TCC.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Brooks Pedder and Tony Binswanger and CBRE’s Kevin Hatcher will handle the marketing and leasing for the project.
