TCC Breaks Ground on Massive Warehouse in Pennsylvania
Trammell Crow Company (TCC) has broken ground on York County Trade Center, a 376,000-square-foot, cross-dock, Class-A warehouse in Carroll Township, Pennsylvania, about two hours west of Philadelphia.
The project, located on 35 acres, is expected to be delivered by April 2026. Located at 901 York Road, York County Trade Center is situated in the Central Pennsylvania industrial submarket, the largest and among the most active within the Interstate 78/81 Corridor of Eastern Pennsylvania.
Ware Malcomb is the project’s architect, while Conewago Enterprises, Inc. is the general contractor. Other project partners include Pennoni, TPD, and Charlie Courtney from McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC. Jason Webb of KBC is marketing and leasing the York County Trade Center.
The project will feature 40-foot clear heights, 80 dock doors, energy-efficient LED lighting, and a 3,600-square-foot office. “Located at the confluence of several major interstates, this development will serve as a key logistics hub for users looking for easy access to major East Coast markets and a gateway to transcontinental trade,” said John Pollock, a Principal with TCC in Philadelphia.
