TCC Breaks Ground on Fairfield Industrial Facility
CRE Developer Trammell Crow Company (TCC) along with Clarion Partners, LLC. announce they have started construction on a 205,000-square-foot industrial facility in Fairfield, CA. The Class A building is slated to be completed in the Spring of 2023.
Called the Fairfield Industrial Center, the facility will be LEED certified with solar and EV charging infrastructure. With easy access to Interstate 80, Highway 12 and public transit, the project will feature enhanced exterior glass entries, canopies, facade accents, and a generous landscaping.
“Solano County continues to perform exceptionally well in 2022 after a record 2021,” said TCC’s Will Parker in a news release. “The Fairfield industrial market in particular is compelling for industrial occupiers, but has limited opportunities for new or expanding companies. Our project will deliver much-needed inventory to this area and provide users with a modern facility with the future in mind”
