TCC Breaks Ground on 931K-SF Industrial Park in Washington
Trammell Crow Company (TCC) has broken ground on Woodland Industrial Park in Woodland, Washington, approximately 22 miles from Portland, Oregon.
The two-building, 931,186-square-foot Class-A speculative development is scheduled for delivery by fall 2026. Located at 345 N. Pekin Road, Woodland Industrial Park will be built on a 66-acre site less than two miles from Interstate 5. The project will include a 655,094-square-foot cross-dock warehouse with 40-foot clear heights and 130 trailer parking stalls. The smaller of the two buildings, the East Building, will measure 276,092 square feet.
“We continue to see demand from logistics users that need modern, highly-functional space along I-5 between Portland and Seattle, which is why we believe in this project at this location,” said Kirk Olsen, a principal with TCC in Portland. Mackenzie designed Woodland Industrial Park, while Sierra Construction is serving as the project’s general contractor. Capacity Commercial Group is marketing the development
