Taylor Morrison Launching Arlington BTR Community

Taylor Morrison’s new BTR community will only be about ten minutes from the town’s Choctaw Stadium and Entertainment District. The company, known more for home building, is expanding its Yardly offering (photo) with the construction of 226 townhome units for rent. The development will include 72 buildings on 19.2 acres at 1701 Mansfield Webb Road.

The $55 million project will include amenities such as a pickleball court, pool and fitness center.

The Dallas Business Journal reports construction for Arlington’s Yardly Eden started in late July and is expected to finish in May or June of next year. Units will be available for leasing in September or October. Arlington’s development will be the first in the area to feature Yardly’s new quad format—a two-story unit with bedrooms upstairs.

Some units will have attached garages. Yardly communities typically have single-story, one—or two-bedroom homes ranging from 700 to 1,100 square feet.
