TAWANI Property Management Adding New Amenity Floor to Historic Monroe Building

TAWANI Property Management, the community investment arm of TAWANI Enterprises, Inc., is proud to announce that construction is underway on a state-of-the-art amenity floor at the Monroe Building, located at 104 S. Michigan Avenue in Chicago.

Expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2026, the space will feature meeting rooms, a boardroom, a conference room, a tenant lounge and flexible open space. Designed by Chicago architect Martin Roche, the 16-story Romanesque-inspired Monroe Building offers a variety of office suites ranging from 295 square feet to 15,455 square feet.

“With the addition of the new amenity floor, tenants can take advantage of state-of-the-art technology and flexible gathering spaces for meetings, collaboration, conferences, or simply a change of scenery,” said Kimberley Clark, Property Manager of the Monroe Building. “The space also provides a welcoming destination for tenant employees who work remotely or in hybrid roles and may not need a dedicated office every day, giving them a place to connect, collaborate, and be productive when they come in.”
