Tashakorian Group Arranges Sale of Mixed-Use in San Diego’s Gaslamp Quarter

Marcus & Millichap finalized the sale of 762-764 5th Ave., a 10,000-square-foot mixed-use property located in San Diego’s Gaslamp Quarter. The sale price was $4,750,000.

“After being in the seller’s family for over 20 years, they were motivated to dispose of the asset and deploy the capital into other projects outside of California,” said Bradley Peters with the Tashakorian Group in Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego office. The Tashakorian Group, including Peters, Ben Tashakorian and Ali Valiahdi, marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Gaslamp Portfolio Management 2, LLC. The buyer, OneSource Funding, LLC, was also procured by The Tashakorian Group.

Built in 1902, the historic property includes two apartment floors and Bang on 5th, a restaurant that opened in 2024. It’s located on the 5th Avenue Promenade, which shuts down vehicle traffic daily to facilitate a walkable area for the entire Gaslamp Quarter, bringing more visitors to the area.
