Multifamily owner-operator American Landmark has tapped two new professionals to its Capital Markets team. Taryn Crawford has joined as Director of Capital Markets, and Julie Bauch has assumed the role of Head of Capital Markets.

Crawford and Bauch are responsible for managing American Landmark’s existing investor relationships and generating new capital for its funds and strategic partnerships. They will report to David Tepperman, Global Head of Capital Markets. Bauch previously served as Partner at Mercury Capital Advisors and Crawford previously served as vice president on the project management team at Mercury Capital Advisors.

“Taryn and Julie were instrumental in helping our team raise $918 million in equity commitments from third-party investors for American Landmark Fund III, which closed in July of this year,” said Tepperman. “They have an outstanding track record in managing investor relationships, and with our launch of a fourth value-add fund imminent, we decided now was the ideal time to transition from consultant to colleague and make them permanent members of our team.”
