Tapestry’s Las Vegas Fulfillment Center Expects to Add 400 Full-Time Jobs by 2029

New York-based Tapestry Inc. recently broke ground on its new fulfillment center in North Las Vegas, which is expected to add more than 400 full-time jobs by 2029. The new facility demonstrates Tapestry’s consumer centricity and will further strengthen the company’s omni-channel capabilities. Tapestry offers luxury accessories and lifestyle brands including Coach, Kate Spade New York and Stuart Weitzman.

JLL’s Kris Smith, Rob Lujan and Louis Tomaselli represented Tapestry in the lease. Seefried Industrial Properties is the site developer and Clarion Partners is the asset manager.

In conjunction with the development, the Tapestry Foundation is also supporting the greater Las Vegas community with a $50,000 grant to United Way of Southern Nevada to fund community programs including education, emergency shelter, food support, health services and crisis support.
