Tampa Office Park Trades for $11M
An affiliate of Tampa-based investment and property management firm Cardinal Point Management has divested from a seven-building office park in Tampa’s I-75 Corridor. The sales price was $11.3 million.
With five two-story buildings and two one-story buildings, the park totals 121,918 square feet of office and flex space on 12.5 acres. The property is located at 4508 Oak Fair Blvd. in Tampa, just south of the Interstate 4 and U.S. 301 interchange, across the street from the Florida State Fairgrounds and MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre. At the time of the sale, Interstate Business Park was approximately 73% leased. Notable tenants include Cohen Veterans Network, Ferguson Enterprises, Kissinger Campo & Associates, Flatwoods Consulting Group, and the Florida Department of Agriculture.
Paul Carr and Todd Tolbert of Colliers represented Cardinal Point Management in the transaction. The undisclosed buyer was self-represented. The seller completed a significant amount of capital improvement projects at the park since acquiring it in 2011 for $4.9 million.
