Talonvest Capital Expands into Hospitality Finance

Talonvest Capital, Inc., a Newport Beach-based boutique advisory firm specializing in commercial and self-storage real estate, has expanded its platform into the hospitality finance sector. The new platform will be led by Jeff Miller, one of the hotel industry’s most accomplished finance executives, and will focus on sourcing debt and equity solutions for hotel owners, developers, and investors in U.S. markets.

Miller brings deep expertise across hospitality lending, investing, development, and advisory services, having executed complex transactions nationally and globally. Most recently, he served as managing director in the Hospitality Finance Group at Wells Fargo, where he originated $1.25 billion in hotel balance sheet loans and led underwriting for the platform.

“The opportunity to launch and lead Talonvest’s hospitality finance platform—while leveraging the firm’s strong capital markets relationships and hands-on advisory model—is compelling,” said Miller. “I look forward to collaborating with hotel owners, developers, and investors in the U.S. to deliver creative, tailored capital solutions across the hospitality spectrum.”
