Talent Management Firm Joins Irvine Company Tenant Roster in Century City

Irvine Company announced new leasing activity at its 2121 Ave. of the Stars in Century City. The company has signed Artists First, a talent management and production company, to a full-floor workspace totaling 22,785 square feet.

A new customer to Irvine Company’s portfolio, Artists First is moving within Century City into a long-term agreement with Irvine Company, beginning immediately. Artists First was seeking a workplace offering customization, flexibility for growth, on-site amenities and first-class building management.

In 2023, the Irvine Company completed a significant reinvestment in the 34-story 2121 Ave. of the Starswith the creation of the new Venue meeting and event space. The building also offers a private Kinetic fitness center, full-service cafe Pacific Kitchen, EV charging stations, valet parking, two expansive and work-ready outdoor gathering and collaboration areas known as The Commons, and more. As of March 31, 2121 Ave. of the Stars waas 94% leased.
