TailoredSpace Opens Second San Diego Coworking Location

TailoredSpace has opened its 11th new coworking campus, in the community of Kearny Mesa. Located at 9619 Chesapeake Dr., the new 12,000-square-foot space is the second TailoredSpace coworking location in San Diego.

“San Diego County is a main target for our growth in 2025 and 2026,” said TailoredSpace Co-Founder Drew Sanden. “In fact, we are already under construction on additional sites in Del Mar Heights and Oceanside. The strong demographics and lack of small offices for rent make San Diego really attractive for continued expansion.”

The Kearny Mesa space features executive suites, private offices, desks, and virtual memberships. All-inclusive amenities include phone rooms, conference rooms, refreshments and member events and parties.

The landlord at 9619 Chesapeake is Strauss Investments. Daniel Weiss, president of Strauss Investments, commented, “TailoredSpace is the right coworking partner for our Kearny Mesa project because of their consistent performance in suburban submarkets and best-in-class design capabilities.”  Michael Mahoney of CBRE represented TailoredSpace on this transaction.
