TailoredSpace Opens Full-Building Coworking Facility in Burbank

TailoredSpace has opened its latest coworking space in Downtown Burbank. The new site located at 40 E. Verdugo Ave. encompasses the entire 25,000-square-foot, two-story building with special amenities that include a podcast/recording studio and large event space with patio. With this new space in Burbank, there are now 14 TailoredSpace branded coworking campuses across Southern California

The new Burbank site features move-in-ready desk, office, and suites membership options along with TailoredSpace perks that include onsite staff, stocked kitchens, 24/7-member access and scheduled member events.

“Companies are offering employees the flexibility to work remotely, and more people are pursuing the opportunity to launch small businesses,” said TailoredSpace co-founder Drew Sanden. “However, not everybody can work from home. We have kids and pets, which can make it challenging. TailoredSpace provides a work option close to members’ homes, providing them the flexibility and focus they need.”

The company is already under construction on two new sites in Old Towne Orange and Solana Beach.
