Taconic, NREA Add Premium Indian Restaurant to Hell’s Kitchen Mixed-Use

Taconic Partners and National Real Estate Advisors have signed a lease with Samudhra at The Ellery, a luxury mixed-use residential development at 312 W. 43rd St. in Hell’s Kitchen. The addition of the New Jersey-based premium Indian restaurant and lounge brings a new full-service dining destination to The Ellery.

Samudhra will occupy approximately 10,000 square feet along West 43rd Street. The space will include a dedicated dining area, bar and lounge. The new location will mark Samudhra’s first outpost in New York City and second location overall.

“Samudhra brings a premium new dining and social experience that will serve both our residents and the broader neighborhood,” George Tsapelas, SVP with Taconic Partners “From the outset, our vision for The Ellery has been to create a dynamic mixed-use destination that contributes to the energy of the area, and Samudhra further strengthens the retail and dining mix we’ve curated at the property.”

Taconic and NREA were represented by Lon Rubackin, Michael Kadosh and Bevan Cohen from CBRE. Samudhra was represented by Brad Schwarz from Lee & Associates.
