El Segundo, CA-based Tablewine, a luxury wine-club curated by tastemaker and sommelier Tara Olesky, is being offered as an amenity for select luxury multifamily properties in Southern California. Residents at the communities would receive select monthly wine deliveries, in-person tastings and online offerings tailored to each community.

The monthly club focuses on small, sustainably and organically farmed wines that are unavailable in large retail chains. The amenity is designed for buildings that use amenity-based pricing, so it’s an included benefit for residents and doesn’t affect the bottom line for landlords. According to Tablewine, building management would see increased resident satisfaction and loyalty, building community engagement and overall elevated amenities.

Some of the features of the service include in-person resident wine tastings hosted by their sommelier, special orders and discounts in the bottle shop, food pairing suggestions, a monthly newsletter and an advent calendar for gift ideas that go with any season.
