TA Realty Appoints O’Rourke, Buxbaum as Partners
TA Realty LLC, a provider of real estate investment management services, has promoted Allison O’Rourke and Dave Buxbaum to partners. In their new roles as Partners, O’Rourke and Buxbaum will continue to lead efforts to expand TA Realty’s data center portfolio and oversee asset management and marketing functions in this asset class.
Allison O’Rourke has accumulated 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. She joined TA Realty in 2019 as a vice president. Prior to this, O’Rourke served as senior executive vice president and chief administrative officer at Berkshire Bank. She also held the position of managing director in the Global Corporate Client Group at NYSE Euronext.
Dave Buxbaum boasts over 30 years of experience in the real estate and financial services industries. He joined TA Realty in 2007 as a dispositions officer and has steadily progressed within the firm. Prior to his tenure at TA Realty, Buxbaum held the position of vice president and regional manager at AMB Property Corporation.
