T-Mobile has leased 2,000 square feet of space, becoming the newest tenant at Rutgers Plaza in Franklin Township in Somerset County, NJ.

Space availability at the 266,000-square-foot center ranges from 1,800 square feet to 20,810 square feet. That implies a likely vacancy rate of 10% or more, however the site benefits from several strong anchors.

“Retailers are attracted by Rutgers Plaza’s centralized location, excellent daily consumer traffic and two quality anchor tenants – Stop & Shop and Crunch Fitness,” said Jordan Korris, leasing representative for Levin Management Corporation, exclusive leasing and managing agent for the retail center at 990 Easton Ave. “T-Mobile brings another valuable service to the property and to the area.”
