T-Mobile Renews, Expands at Duke Bridges II

T-Mobile renewed and expanded space for its regional headquarters at Duke Bridges II in Frisco, TX, adding 27,236 square feet to its total space. The lease means the mobile carrier now occupies the entire 158,135-square-foot building at 7668 Warren Pkwy. The tenant has been at Duke Bridges II since 2005.

T-Mobile currently employs a little more than 750 at its regional headquarters. The new space will allow for an additional 350 employees.  “After going through a structured process of considering and evaluating numerous options for T-Mobile, we are delighted that we were able to structure an expansion and long-term renewal of their existing Frisco facility,” said CBRE’s Jeff Ellerman.

Ellerman and CBRE colleague Scott Hobbs represented the tenant. Kurt Cherry and Shea Byers with PM Realty Group represented landlord Griffin Capital Co.
