System1, an omni-channel customer acquisition company, recently signed a sublease for 28,688 square feet at 4235 Redwood, a freestanding 49,846-square-foot building in Marina del Rey. The new lease represents a relocation of the firm’s headquarters from Venice, CA.

“We searched for a new headquarters space that would provide an open, healthy environment for our employees and which is reflective of our progressive culture,” said Beth Sestanovich, System1 COO. “The building and the area are the perfect place for employees to call home.”

JLL’s Gary Horwitz, Kamil Agha and Blake Searles represented System1. The sublessor was represented by Cresa.
