Synergy Launches Event Space in Worcester

Synergy has launched Top of the Tower, an event space on the top two floors of Worcester’s Glass Tower at 446 Main Street. Offering cityscape views through floor-to-ceiling windows, the venue features amenities for private parties, conferences, and professional gatherings.

Acquired by Synergy in 2019, 446 Main Street has undergone extensive renovations, including upgrades to building systems and the addition of amenities like a tenant-exclusive gym, Wi-Fi lounge, and new retail options.

“Top of The Tower is the perfect setting for corporate events and parties, and its success thus far is a testament to its appeal,” says Amy LeBlanc, manager at Synergy. “The Glass Tower stands as an iconic symbol within our community, and being able to breathe new life into its upper floors with Top of The Tower has been an honor.” Top of The Tower adds to Synergy’s portfolio Worcester community, complementing their redevelopment projects like Chestnut Place, an office-to-residential conversion.
