Synergy Completes Revamp of 10 Post Office Square in Downtown Boston

Synergy has completed a comprehensive renovation project at 10 Post Office Square, the firm’s headquarters and one of its flagship downtown Boston properties. The project, which includes a full lobby redesign and the addition of a new amenity floor, has elevated 10 Post Office Square into a modern workplace destination, according to Synergy. The property has also seen more than 75,000 square feet of new leases since 2025 began.

The renovations include a reimagined building entrance and main lobby, a new elevator lobby and reception, complemented by updated first-floor lounge seating designed for collaboration and informal meetings. The amenity floor features a fully equipped conference center, executive boardroom, multi-purpose training space, and tenant-only lounge.

“10 Post Office Square is a reflection of our investment in the city’s future,” said David Greaney, founder and CEO of Synergy. “These renovations are designed to meet the evolving needs of today’s tenants while contributing to a more dynamic, connected and livable downtown.”
