Synergy Buys 406K-SF Boston Office Tower for $76M

Synergy has acquired 101 Arch Street, a 21-story, 406,928-square-foot office tower in Downtown Boston for $76 million.

Renovated in 2020 by CBT Architects, the building offers a 20,000-square-foot lobby, a conference center, a tenant lounge, and a fitness center. Currently 82% leased with 34 tenants, including Rockland Trust and KP Law. The deal was brokered by JLL, led by Coleman Benedict, Chris Angelone, Scott Carpenter, Brooke Howard, Scott Tully Jr., and Rachel Bliss.

“Adding 101 Arch Street to our portfolio aligns perfectly with our strategy of investing in high-quality assets in prime locations,” says David Greaney, CEO Of Synergy. “With its modern design, exceptional amenities, and unmatched commuter accessibility, 101 Arch Street represents a prime opportunity for Synergy to create value for our tenants and stakeholders.”
