Sym Investments Snags Connecticut MF Community for $82M

Sym Investments has acquired The Royce at Trumbull, a 340-unit multifamily community in Trumbull, CONN. The sales price was $82 million.

Constructed in 1998, the community consists of one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans with an average square footage of 1,116 square feet. The seller renovated just over half of the units before selling. Amenities at the community include a two-story fitness center, sports court, community lounge, media and billiards lounge, pool and outdoor lounge.

Gene Pride, Jeremy Neuer, Steve Bardsley, David Gavin and Stuart MacKenzie of CBRE represented the seller in the transaction, a joint venture between Paredim Partners and LEM Capital.
