Swire Properties Names Senior Vice President, Development

Swire Properties Inc., the U.S. real estate subsidiary of global developer Swire Properties Limited, has hired Kevin Davenport as SVP, development. He previously served in a similar capacity at Brookfield Properties in New York.

Davenport brings 15 years of experience in property development to Swire, where he will oversee new residential and commercial development. Swire Properties’ pipeline of new projects includes One Brickell City Centre, the nearly 1,000-foot-tall Class A office building that is set to have the largest floor plates ever approved in the City of Miami and will break ground later this year.

Throughout his decade-long tenure at Brookfield Properties, Davenport played an integral role in more than nine million square feet of development and $7 billion of real estate investment, including some of New York City’s most significant office, retail, residential, and hospitality projects such as Manhattan West at Hudson Yards and Greenpoint Landing.
