Swim School Expands to Rohnert Park

Kennedy Wilson Brokerage arranged a 15-year lease by La Petite Baleen Swim School for 8,500 square feet at 600 Raley’s Towne Centre in Rohnert Park. VP Matt Krupp and managing director Bruce Carlson represented landlord Argonaut Investments LLC.

“With five operating swim schools in the Peninsula and San Francisco already, the La Petite Baleen Swim School strategically identified the North Bay, specifically Rohnert Park, as its next location,” said Krupp. “This was an especially interesting deal as the tenant required a specific build-out with enough square footage to accommodate a pool inside of a retail space, also prompting our team to relocate a national tenant. We couldn’t be more excited to see such a successful, family-run business take advantage of the space.”

The 148,000-square-foot neighborhood center is anchored by Raley’s and Ross Dress for Less. Other tenants include Summit State Bank, Orangetheory Fitness, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Super Cuts and USPS.
