The Swig Company and Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation announced more than 85,000 square feet of signed leases at 6300 Wilshire over the past six months. The transactions include six new tenant leases, as well as lease renewals with five existing tenants, two of which also expanded in the building.

A few of the new tenants that have joined the 6300 Wilshire tenant roster include BLogic Systems/TuCorp, Niasoff Group, Blue Chips Coffee and Employment Rights Lawyers. In addition, ownership secured renewals from Consulate General of Egypt, IW Group and SPZ Advisors.

“We’re proud to welcome our newest tenants and extend our sincere appreciation to those who have recently renewed,” said Cory Kristoff, EVP, asset management, director of leasing at The Swig Company. “Their continued commitment reflects the exceptional standards we maintain at 6300 Wilshire.”

6300 Wilshire is managed by The Swig Company and owned in partnership with Boston-based Intercontinental.
