Swig Completes Seismic Upgrades at Santa Monica Office Property

The Swig Company completed significant renovations to the interior and exterior of 3130 Wilshire, including seismic upgrades, with a view toward enhancing the six-story creative office building’s appeal and functionality for both existing and new tenants.

“In addition to bringing the building into compliance with Santa Monica’s seismic ordinance, we’ve added some great new tenant amenities, revitalized all of the ground floor common areas, and built high quality, move-in-ready spec suites of various sizes,” said Cory Kristoff, director of leasing, The Swig Company.

The improvements include a tenant amenity and conference center, revitalized common areas and move-in-ready office spaces. The project was designed by Gensler, with Tipping acting as the structural engineer.

Simultaneously, Swig announced that Sensei Wellness Holdings, Inc., an evidence-led wellness company and operator of luxury retreats, leased 3,500 square feet. CBRE’s Deron White, Michael Gray, and Christina Villanueva represented ownership, while Michael Arnold and Tom Sexton of NAI Capital represented Sensei.
