Swig Company Signs SVCF to Lease at Mountain View High Rise

The Swig Company has inked non-profit community advocation organization Silicon Valley Community Foundation (SVCF) to a 27,000-square-foot lease at 444 Castro Street, the only high-rise building in Mountain View, CA.

At the Castro Street property, The Swig Company was able to provide SVCF a pre-built, tech-forward space that will allow the organization to occupy the office much sooner than traditional methods. The suite, which was originally built to be a co-working space, is equipped with inclusive and accessible work and collaboration spaces, as well as a courtyard.

“We are happy to welcome Silicon Valley Community Foundation to 444 Castro and are proud to offer them a space that adapts to their needs, resulting in a human-centered workplace environment in which their teams can thrive,” said The Swig Company’s Elaine Dell’Aquila.

Luke Wilson and Rick Knauf of Colliers represented SVCF and Newmark’s Christine Slonek and Andrea Bartlinski represented The Swig Company in the lease transaction.
