Swig Company Secures Renewals and New Leasing at Mountain View Tower

The Swig Company has secured more than 38,000 square feet of recently signed leases at 444 Castro in Mountain View. The activity at the 12-story office tower includes a lease with one new tenant and renewals and extensions with four existing tenants. Newmark’s Christine Slonek and Andrea Bartlinski represented Swig in all five transactions.

The new tenant at 444 Castro is CMS US Representative Office, which leased 2,300 square feet, represented by Anna Mcquillan Rose of Transwestern.

    In addition, the following tenants recently renewed:

    • Boston Consulting Group19,500 square feet, represented by Ham Southworth and Timothy Kazul of CBRE
    • MatX, Inc.10,500 square feet, represented by Bryan Courson of Colliers
    • Megagon Labs, Inc., 4,000 square feet, represented by Slonek and Bartlinski
    • Level.AI2,500 square feet, represented by Alex Lagemann of Cushman & Wakefield
