Swedish Luxury Shirt Brand Eton to Open Midtown Flagship Store

Eton, the Swedish men’s shirts brand, has signed a 10-year lease for a 2,900-square-foot ground-floor retail space at 330 Madison Ave in Midtown. The location is expected to open in the fall of 2023 and will serve as Eton’s flagship NYC store.

The Class A tower is owned by Munich Re Group and managed by MEAG, spanning 852,000 square feet, is 95% leased and houses tenants such as Guggenheim Partners, JLL, and Munich Re. “Flanked by spectacular new developments, such as One Vanderbilt and the pristine JP Morgan building, Eton arrives at 330 Madison in the midst of an exciting new chapter as rezoning heralds the emergence of a newly energized district,” said George Waldschuetz, MEAG’s senior asset manager.

A JLL retail leasing team represented Munich Re Group in the lease, while Eton was represented by Norman Bobrow & Company.
