Swarovski Returning to DC with New Georgetown Location

Swarovski will return to Washington, D.C., with a new store in Georgetown. The retailer has signed a five-year lease for 948 square feet at 1234 Wisconsin Ave. NW, with plans to open in late 2025.

This marks Swarovski’s return to the District after closing its Union Station location in early 2020. — EastBanc and Acadia Realty Trust, co-owners of the Georgetown Portfolio, announced the signing.

“Swarovski’s new Georgetown storefront further cements the neighborhood as a place that luxury brands want to be,” said Philippe Lanier, Principal at EastBanc. The Swarovski store will feature collections of crystal jewelry, watches, home décor, eyewear and tableware, as well as its luxury fine jewelry collections made with lab-grown diamonds.
