Swansea Townhome Condos Secure Construction Loan

EagleBridge Capital has arranged $5,900,000 construction mortgage financing for Phase One of Cedarbrook Homes in Swansea, MA. The mortgage was arranged by EagleBridge senior director Brian Walsh and principal Ted Sidel. The loan was provided by a leading national lender.

Phase One, now under construction, includes eight buildings with a total of sixteen duplex townhomes. The townhomes feature open-concept layouts designed to maximize space and natural light. Each home offers two bedrooms, one and a half baths, a spacious walk-in pantry, center island, and laundry.

Cedarbrook is located at 1405 GAR Hwy. (Route 6) one mile from the Exit 8 Interchange of Route 6 and Route I-195, offering easy access to Downtown Providence and Southeastern Massachusetts. Shopping is available nearby, including a Walmart Supercenter, Target and a variety of stores and restaurants.
