It’s official and it is, indeed, grand: Wood Partners developers is opening its latest luxury residential community, Alta Raintree, in Scottsdale, Ariz.

Sited on E. Raintree Drive in North Scottsdale, Alta Raintree offers quick access to outdoor activities (golf, bicycling, horseback, etc), as well as indoor activities (fine dining, shopping, nightlife). 

Alta Raintree is managed by Wood Residential and has 330 luxury apartment homes with one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts. Fixtures and amenities are top drawer and tick that “luxury” box for customers in that market.
