SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston has secured three new office leases at Knowledge Park in Marlborough.

Knowledge Park consists of three buildings located at 2, 4, and 5 Mount Royal Ave for a total of 161,000 square feet located on Route 20 directly off I-495. The three new leases consist of tenants Bath and Body Works, Radius Financial Group and HMYATIM Ventures. CB Equities purchased the three-building portfolio in 2017 and has made significant improvements including a modern gathering space called with a complimentary Starbucks coffee machine, coworking rooms, outdoor patio, a fitness center and a business lounge.

“We’re excited to welcome our new tenants to Knowledge Park,” said Bob MacNamara, President of Dartmouth Property Management who manages the campus. “I’m happy to see the parking lot full again now that tenants are returning to the office. The atmosphere and energy throughout the park is back to the level it was before the pandemic and it’s really refreshing to see.”
