SVN | PCG Secures 22K-SF Industrial Lease in North Attleborough

SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston has secured a 22,000-square-foot industrial lease at 76 George Leven Drive in North Attleborough.

The property is located just off Route 152 and is approximately three miles from interchange of Interstate 495 and Route 1. SVN secured the lease on behalf of tenant SRS Distribution Inc., one of the largest and fastest growing building products distributors in the United States. The new location in Massachusetts reflects the firm’s focus on expanding its footprint across the country.

Victor Galvani of SVN | PCG represented the tenant in the lease transaction. Jake Parsons, also of SVN | PCG, represented the Landlord, 76 George Leven LLC.
