SVN | Parsons Arranges $4M Sale of Bellingham Shopping Center

SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston has brokered the $3.8 million sale of a 56,300 square foot shopping center at 15 North Main Street in Bellingham, MASS.

The property is a three-building, multi-tenant plaza located just outside the Greater Boston region. The retail plaza is located in the center of Bellingham by the Route 126 and Route 140 intersection. The center features a varied tenant roster that includes auto, education, fitness, health & beauty, pet store, professional services, restaurants and shopping tenants.

Marilyn Santiago and Garrett Quinn of SVN | Parsons represented the buyer, VTT Mom + Pop Retail LLC, in the transaction. The seller, Rick Kaplan of Bellingham Plaza, LLC, represented himself in the transaction.
