SVN, Costello Realty Help Food Pantry Acquire $1M Building in Franklin
SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston has completed the sale of a 4,992-square-foot retail building at 341 West Central Street in Franklin, MA to Franklin Food Pantry Inc., for $950,000.
SVN’s Marilyn Santiago and Liz Barber represented the seller, Edwins Gifts Too, Inc. Christine Molla of Costello Realty represented the buyer, Franklin Food Pantry Inc., in the transaction.
341 West Central Street was built in 1989 and is a freestanding commercial building adjacent to a retail center. The property is located on Route 140 at a lighted intersection with over 136’ of frontage on West Central Street and 48 parking spaces.
