SVN Chicago Property Management (SVN PM), a Chicago-based property management firm, has acquired Edgemark Asset Management’s property management division. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

With nearly three dozen assets totaling over two million square feet of retail space across Illinois, Wisconsin, New York, and Georgia, the acquisition expands SVN PM’s portfolio to 140 full-service management assignments and over five million square feet under management in both multi-family and commercial sectors. The acquisition extends SVN PM’s geographic reach and adds a new office in Oak Brook.
